We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience recruiting candidates with Green Card (GC), H4-EAD, and US Citizen work authorization.

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience: 3-10 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify qualified OPT, Green Card (GC), H4-EAD, and US Citizen candidates.
- Market candidate profiles to implementation partners and direct clients.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to promote candidate profiles and secure interview opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates.
- Follow up with vendors, clients, and candidates throughout the submission and placement process.
- Maintain daily marketing activities, submission reports, interview schedules, and placement updates.




- Achieve submission, interview, and placement targets.

Required Skills:

- 310 years of experience as an OPT Recruiter.
- Mandatory experience in marketing and placing Green Card (GC), H4-EAD, and US Citizen candidates.
- Robust understanding of US work authorization and visa categories.
- Hands-on experience working with implementation partners and direct clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
