Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Credit Card Collections to manage and drive a high-performing collections team within a banking credit card collections process. The ideal candidate should have strong collections expertise, team management skills, sound knowledge of collection KPIs, and hands-on experience with dialer-based operations. DRA Certification and Graduation are mandatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of collection executives handling banking credit card collections.
- Ensure achievement of monthly collection targets and recovery goals.
- Monitor team performance and drive key collection metrics and productivity.
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
- Analyze collection data, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
- Manage dialer operations, queue allocation, and calling strategies to maximize collections.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, compliance norms, and collection policies.




- Monitor call quality and maintain customer service standards during recovery calls.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for escalations, settlements, and process improvements.
- Drive team engagement and maintain healthy attrition levels.

Mandatory Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory.
- Experience in Banking Credit Card Collections is mandatory.
- Prior experience as a Team Leader or handling a team in collections.
- Solid understanding of collection KPIs:
- Roll Rates
- PTP Conversion
- Recovery %
- Resolution Rate
- Productivity Metrics
- Collection Efficiency

- Hands-on experience with Dialer Systems (Predictive, Progressive, Blended Dialers).
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Must be willing to work from Hyderabad.
