- Manage the development of current products, including solar panels and cells, from concept to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and optimize product performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality materials for manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the product lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 8-11 years of experience in electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of solar cell technology and photovoltaic systems.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
