- Full lifecycle recruiting, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
- working as a complete life cycle recruiter right from advertising, filtering resumes, job posting, pre-screening, Technical interviewing, Personal interviewing, initiating background/reference checks, calling prospects and closing the requirement.
- Experienced working with Social media, job portals, employee referrals & internal job postings.
- End-to-end recruitment for all Lateral & Leadership hiring requirements across all Operations & Key Support Functions.
