Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new hotel opportunities
- Source suitable commercial properties for opening new hotels in the assigned region.
- Evaluate potential locations based on business viability and growth potential.
- Negotiate commercials and finalize property acquisition deals.

- Build and manage partner relationships

- Develop strong relationships with property owners, developers, landlords, brokers, and consultants.
- Create mutually beneficial partnerships to support business growth.
- Maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders.

- Coordinate property onboarding

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and launch of current properties.
- Track progress and drive end-to-end closure of property launches.
- Ensure all operational requirements are completed on time.





- Support legal and documentation processes

- Coordinate legal due diligence and required documentation.
- Facilitate contract execution and property sign-offs.

- Monitor portfolio performance

- Review the performance of existing properties and operators.
- Identify areas of improvement to enhance business contribution and profitability.
- Recommend corrective actions wherever required.

- Drive expansion opportunities

- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth through new acquisitions and existing partner networks.
