- Handle customer calls to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process international voice calls from clients across various time zones, ensuring accurate communication and resolution of issues.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing customers to increase revenue growth.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and quality standards while meeting performance targets.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in an International Voice Process (IVP) environment.
- Robust English language proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on night shifts as per business requirements.
