Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory (any discipline).
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in complete night rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international customers.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally.




- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining call quality standards.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.
- Meet productivity, quality, and service-level targets.
