Role & responsibilities

1. Supports the Project Manager by overseeing daily site operations, managing subcontractors, and tracking schedules and budgets

2. Support the Project Manager with the delivery and development of the service, deputising for the Project Manager in his absence.

3. Lead in motivating a team support workers to provide high quality one-to-one support, ensuring that people using the service are supported safely, creating goal focussed plans in line with Togethers values and we are able to evidence the quality of our work at all times.

4. Support individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual key work, targeted recovery outcomes-focused support and person-centred planning.

5. To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key referral bodies and partner organisations

To support the Project Manager in managing the resources within the service to ensure we can deliver high quality support within financial thresholds.

7. Make a positive contribution to and work constructively within the team, including developing own abilities to enhance team performance.

8. Promote, monitor and maintain health and safety and security in the workplace and ensure the building in secure and secure.

9. Carry out staff supervisions and monitor the performance of team members, in a constructive, effective and creative way.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech (Civil) with 8-10 yrs exp in Construction / High Rise Building
