We are seeking an experienced Data Analysis Team Manager to lead our analytics team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic business objectives.

This role involves managing a team of data analysts, overseeing analytics projects, developing reporting frameworks and dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders across various business functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the organization's data analytics capabilities while fostering a high-performance team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Analysts.
- Define team goals, performance metrics, and development plans.
- Promote best practices in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
- Support team members through coaching, training, and career development initiatives.

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

- Oversee data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across reporting processes.
- Guide the development and optimization of complex SQL queries, ETL processes, and analytical models.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.

Reporting & Visualization

- Lead the design and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.
- Ensure reporting solutions effectively communicate business performance and support decision-making.
- Drive automation of recurring reports and analytics workflows.
- Monitor and report on key business metrics and KPIs.

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership

- Partner with stakeholders across Product,



Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other business functions.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Present insights, trends, and performance metrics to leadership teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor on data and analytics-related initiatives.

Project & Process Improvement

- Manage multiple analytics projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and success metrics.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements.
- Support the development of analytics standards, governance, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 8-12 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
- Minimum 23 years of team management or people management experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data manipulation, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Google and PLX environments.
- Experience with GCP and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Exposure to Big Data technologies and advanced analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.
- Familiarity with Python or R is an added advantage.
