- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT services & consulting industry.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
- Analyze metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Staffing).
- Proven track record of success in end-to-end recruitment management.
- Solid understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
