Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in FMCG buying or related field (e.g. category management).
- Strong understanding of grocery industry dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record in managing multiple categories simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to build solid supplier partnerships.
