Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Control

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per customer schedules.
- Coordinate with Planning, Design, Purchase, QA/QC, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor production progress and remove bottlenecks.

Shop Floor Management

- Manage fabrication activities including:
- Raw Material Handling
- CNC Cutting
- Beam Processing
- Plate Processing
- Fit-up
- Welding
- Grinding
- Straightening
- Shot Blasting
- Painting
- Packing
- Dispatch

- Ensure proper workflow and machine utilization.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- PEB Manufacturing Companies
- Structural Steel Fabrication Plants
- Heavy Engineering
- Steel Construction Industry
- Industrial Building Projects
