Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring student safety, discipline, welfare, cleanliness, and smooth hostel administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee hostel administration and daily operations.
- Ensure student safety,security, discipline, and well-being.
- Maintain hostel records,attendance, leave, and visitor registers.
- Supervise housekeeping,maintenance, and hostel staff.
- Monitor mess operations,food quality, and hygiene.
- Address student grievances and coordinate with parents when required.
- Handle emergencies and ensure compliance with hostel rules and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Administration, HR, Security, and other departments.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- Diploma/Degree in Student Affairs,



Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling is preferred.

Experience:

- 5-10 years of experience as a Hostel Warden or in hostel/residential administration.
- Experience in managing hostels in educational institutions is preferred.
