Job Description

We are hiring a highly technical and hands-on Senior Security Engineer with solid experience in Game Security, Product Security, Application Security, Unity Game Client Security, Backend Security, AWS Cloud Security, and DevSecOps.

The candidate will be responsible for securing game clients, content delivery pipelines, backend systems, third-party SDKs, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS cloud infrastructure. This role requires someone who can work directly with developers and engineering teams to design, implement, and automate security controls across game development and cloud-native systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Secure Unity game clients, asset bundles, content delivery pipelines, and downloaded game content.

* Design and implement signed asset manifests, integrity validation, secure bundle loading, and trusted source enforcement.

* Identify and reduce risks related to leaked internal endpoints, hidden or test feature exposure, reverse engineering, tampering, and asset leakage.

* Strengthen game integrity systems, signature validation, secret isolation, key storage, and key rotation mechanisms.

* Review and govern third-party SDKs used in game clients and backend systems.

* Maintain SDK inventory, permission analysis, vulnerability tracking, and approval workflows for new SDK integrations.

* Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo and GitHub Actions.

* Automate security scanning, validation, and enforcement across development pipelines.

* Secure applications built using ASP.NET Core, React, and Angular.

* Design and implement AWS security controls across IAM, EC2, ECS, EKS, ECR, SCP, SSM, containers, runtime environments, and deployment pipelines.

* Build security automation tools using Python, C#, and Bash.

* Implement infrastructure security using Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation, and Ansible.





* Integrate security controls into artifact management and developer workflows using JFrog and Git-based workflows.

* Work closely with game development, backend, DevOps, platform, and leadership teams to improve product security.

Required Experience

* 8 to 12+ years of experience in security engineering, application security, product security, platform security, or software engineering with security focus.

* Hands-on experience securing game clients, preferably Unity-based applications.

* Strong understanding of client-side threats, reverse engineering, tampering, obfuscation, asset protection, and secure content delivery.

* Experience securing backend applications and APIs built using ASP.NET Core.

* Strong hands-on AWS security experience, especially with IAM, EC2, ECS, EKS,



ECR, SCP, and SSM.

* Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.

* Strong scripting or programming experience using C#, Python, and/or Bash.

* Good understanding of cryptography fundamentals, key management, secret storage, and key rotation.

* Experience with third-party SDK review, vulnerability monitoring, and software supply chain risk management.

Good to Have Skills

* Mobile gaming security experience

* Live-service gaming platform experience

* Anti-tampering or anti-cheat system experience

* Offensive security or reverse engineering background

* CDN security and secure content distribution knowledge

* Security certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CEH, or equivalent

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on security engineer with a builder mindset. The candidate should be able to create scalable security solutions, automate security controls, work with developers, review architecture, and improve security without slowing down product development.

This is not a SOC monitoring or compliance-only role. We are looking for a technical security engineer who can code, automate, review systems, and implement security controls.
