- Position: BI Architect / Senior SAP HANA Modeler
- Start Date: In 2 weeks
- Work Hours: USA time Zone : CST or EST (open to options)

Important Note: strong HANA Modeling expertise and proven experience in legacy DW/Mainframe-to-HANA migrations

Key Requirements Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on SAP HANA Modeling experience.
- SAP HANA architectural design and performance tuning.
- Enterprise Data Modeling and advanced SQL expertise.
- Experience migrating and translating legacy platforms (Mainframe, COBOL, Oracle) into contemporary SAP HANA structures.
- Data Warehouse modernization and migration experience.
- Ability to work independently and drive architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement HANA-native data models.




- Translate legacy data warehouse/mainframe logic into scalable HANA solutions.
- Establish modeling standards, reusable design patterns, and metadata guidelines.
- Support Data Warehouse sunset and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with BI, ETL, and application teams.
- Lead validation, testing, and root cause analysis activities.
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with metadata-driven design and automation frameworks.
- Data governance, lineage, and auditability experience.
- Large-scale Data Warehouse modernization projects.
