- Source, screen, and provide qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Coordinate with the team to meet hiring goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
- Maintain strong qualified relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools and techniques.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (mandatory).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
