Job Description for OPT Recruiter:

* Sourcing, tracking the resumes & Following up with candidates.

*Speaking with the candidates about the technology they are interested in.

*Hiring any work visa candidates for training & placing them in various technologies.

*Scheduling the interviews for the consultants after confirmation of the deal with my Team lead/ Manager

*Interacting more with the candidates about the salary package, benefits, accommodation and T&C; etc.

*Collection of the required documents from the candidates.

* Knowledge on all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).

*Screening the consultant on daily basis and regular follow-ups.

*More Familiar with Job portals like (Dice,Monster,Linkdin,Desi OPT, Handshake).

* Valuable to have Ceipal Portal knowledge.

*Must be a self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision
