Role & responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and support of design technology solutions across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Research, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies, AI tools, BIM workflows, and digital delivery platforms.
- Develop and maintain BIM, CAD, computational design, and digital delivery standards, templates, and best practices.
- Support automation initiatives using tools such as Dynamo, Revit API, Python, Power Automate, and related technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for project teams on design technology applications and workflows.
- Deliver training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve digital capability across the organisation.
- Collaborate with IT, consultants, software vendors, and internal stakeholders to deploy and optimise technology solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to measure technology adoption and business value.
- Contribute to digital transformation, innovation,



and R&D; initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
- Support the evaluation, testing, and rollout of new software, plugins, integrations, and enterprise platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in BIM, Design Technology, Digital Engineering, or a related discipline within the AEC industry.
- Robust knowledge of Autodesk Revit, ACC/BIM 360, Navisworks, Dynamo, and related design technology platforms.
- Experience in workflow automation, data management, interoperability, and digital project delivery.
- Strong analytical, communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technology adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
