Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using platform best practices.

Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot Discovery-related issues.

Build and maintain integrations using:

REST APIs

SOAP APIs

IntegrationHub

Web Services

Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.

Support CMDB governance initiatives and improve data quality.

Create custom reports, dashboards, and performance analytics where required.

Collaborate with architects and business analysts during solution design and implementation.

Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, and deployment support activities.

Troubleshoot platform, integration,



and ITOM-related issues.

Document technical designs and development standards.

Administer and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules:

Discovery

Service Mapping

Event Management

CMDB

Configure MID servers and troubleshoot discovery issues

Manage CMDB health (completeness, correctness, compliance)

Implement and maintain integrations (e.g., monitoring tools like Dynatrace, SolarWinds)

Monitor and optimize event rules, alert correlation, and automation workflows

Support upgrade activities and platform patching

Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics

Handle user access, roles, ACLs, and security controls

Troubleshoot platform issues and provide L2/L3 support.
