Job Summary

Veloces Engineering Services is looking for a skilled and proactive Commissioning Engineer to join our Field Service Team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of tyre manufacturing equipment, particularly curing presses. The role requires solid technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to respond effectively to customer requirements and emergency breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend emergency breakdown calls and restore machine operations within committed timelines.
- Perform installation, commissioning, and start-up of machinery at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend permanent corrective actions.
- Program, edit,



and modify PLC/HMI programs as required during commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Ensure smooth machine performance and provide technical support to customers.
- Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards during site activities.
