1. Title: SCM Functional Consultant
2. Location: Offshore - Hyderabad, India (Work from Office)
3. Work Hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST (overlap with US business hours)
4. Employment: Full-time contract
5. Start Date: 30-45 days

What Youll Do

1. Execute D365 SCM configuration per onsite leads design:
2. Configure D365 Warehouse Management (locations, work templates, mobile devices, batch tracking)
3. Set up Transport Management (load planning, carrier setup, freight rates)
4. Implement Production Control for batch manufacturing (BOMs, production orders, yield tracking)
5. Configure Quality Management (quality orders, test plans, results capture)
6. Set up Inventory Management (dimensions, FEFO/FIFO, valuation methods)
7. Product Information Management (item master, UOM conversions)
8. Support UAT testing, create test scripts, log defects
9. Develop user documentation, training materials
10. Provide go-live support and post-go-live stabilization

Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Expertise (NON-NEGOTIABLE - 90% WEIGHT):

1. 8+ years implementing enterprise ERP/SCM systems
2. 3+ full lifecycle D365 Supply Chain Management implementations (NOT just support/upgrades)
3. Strong D365 WMS: Advanced warehousing, location directives, mobile device configuration, batch attributes
4. Strong D365 TMS: Load building, freight cost allocation, carrier management
5. Production Control: Batch manufacturing, BOMs, formula management, co-products/by-products
6. Quality Management: Quality orders, test plans, lab results integration
7. Inventory Management: Inventory dimensions (Site/Warehouse/Batch), FEFO/FIFO, inventory close





Technical Skills:

1. D365 SCM hands-on configuration experience (not just functional knowledge)
2. Data entities, data import/export, data migration support
3. Understanding of EDI basics (for rail/truck logistics integration)
4. Basic integration concepts (APIs, data flows)
5. Documentation skills (configuration workbooks, user guides)

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent English communication (written and verbal - daily standups with US team)
2. Self-starter, takes initiative without micromanagement
3. Team player, cooperative with offshore and onsite teams
4. Detail-oriented, quality-focused

PREFERRED (Nice to Have - 10% WEIGHT)

CTRM or Commodity Trading Knowledge:

1. DycoTrade CTRM, Agiblocks, Amphora, CommoTrack, GrainTrack (any exposure is a plus)
2. Understanding of commodity trading concepts (futures, basis, contracts)
3. Experience in food/agriculture/commodity industry
4. Grain/agriculture terminology familiarity

CTRM and grain domain are NOT required. We will provide training on grain trading concepts and DycoTrade CTRM during project onboarding. Your D365 SCM expertise is what matters most.
