About the job:

We are looking for Principal Business Analyst having 10+ years of experience in Corporate Banking to join our rapidly growing team across regions. We are looking for someone with implementation stories to tell and ready to apply best practices to our customers.

This role goes beyond traditional Business Analysis. As a Principal BA, you will act as a trusted consultant and influencer, working closely with senior client stakeholders to shape solutions, challenge assumptions, and drive business value across complex, large-scale Corporate CRM programs.

You will play a key role in program shaping, analysis leadership, and decision support, while mentoring other Business Analysts and contributing to best practices across the organization.

What you will be doing:

- Lead and govern end-to-end business analysis for complex Corporate CRM programs across multiple workstreams, regions, or business lines
- Act as a lead consultant during discovery and early phases, framing business problems and shaping solution direction
- Facilitate and influence senior stakeholder workshops, including Corporate Banking leadership, IT leadership, and Steering Committees
- Challenge client assumptions and proposed solutions, and recommend value-driven alternatives aligned with business and regulatory priorities
- Define target operating models, end-to-end business processes, and CRM capability mappings for Corporate Banking
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, scope, requirements, and delivery outcomes throughout the program lifecycle
- Lead requirements governance, scope control, and prioritization across multiple teams and releases
- Contribute actively to presales activities, including solution shaping, scope definition, client workshops, and proposal support




- Mentor and guide Senior and Mid-level Business Analysts; act as a role model for consulting excellence
- Work closely with Architects, Technical Leads, Product Owners, and Project Managers to ensure coherent and feasible solutions, to review meeting minutes, requirements document and RTM until sign-off is obtained from the client.
- Support change management and business adoption by addressing risks related to process change, user adoption, and operational readiness
- Deliver presentations & demonstrate the products capabilities to the client.
- Identify gaps amongst existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutions.
- Analyse all business requirements and provide detailed specifications.
- Assist project managers and development team during the project life cycle especially reviewing & executing test cases, training business users, and leading UAT.
- Work on project lifecycle and different methodologies like Waterfall or Agile.
- Work on multiple projects and able to manage time accordingly.

What we are looking for:

- 10+ years of relevant working experience
- Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science
- Proven experience working on Corporate CRM initiatives (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Siebel, CRMNext or in-house platforms)
- Strong understanding of Corporate Banking domains such as Corporate Onboarding & KYC, Corporate Lending & Credit Lifecycle, Relationship Management, Cash Management, Trade Finance, or Treasury
- Good knowledge of one or more of the Corporate Products like Working Capital Loan, Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Invoice Discounting, FX, and Derivatives, etc.
- Experience working on large-scale, integration-heavy programs involving Core Banking, Credit Systems, Workflow/BPM, APIs, and Compliance systems
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a consultant and influencer, not just a delivery Business Analyst
- Experience engaging with senior and executive-level stakeholders and contributing to steering-level decisions
- Strong requirements governance skills, including traceability, scope management, and prioritization at scale




- Experience contributing to presales and proposal phases is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with analysis and modelling tools such as Visio, Balsamiq, Adobe XD or BPMN tools
- Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills
- Understanding of Islamic Banking terms, processes with respect to corporate banking is an advantage.
- Understanding of various analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Hands-on Experience working on different rule engines and process automation tools and techniques.
- Ability to define and explain end-to-end processes via User Journeys.
