Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Design Internal & External Plumbing Systems.
- Design Water Supply, Drainage, Sewerage & Storm Water networks.
- Prepare GFC/AFC drawings.
- Prepare Shop Drawings and As-built Drawings.
- Design Pump Rooms, STP, WTP & ETP systems.
- Perform Hydraulic Calculations, Pipe Sizing & Pump Selection.
- Prepare BOQ, RFQ, Cost Estimates & Procurement Schedules.
- Prepare P&ID;, Technical Specifications & Method Statements.
- Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, HVAC & Structural teams.
- Coordinate with Consultants, Vendors & Execution Teams.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes & CPHEEO Guidelines.
- Prepare Weekly Design Dashboard & Progress Reports.
- Support Value Engineering & Material Selection.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design.
- Experience in EPC/Industrial/Commercial/Residential/Manufacturing projects.
- Knowledge of HDPE, UPVC, CPVC, PVC, DI, CI, Copper & PPR piping systems.
- Robust understanding of NBC, IS Codes & CPHEEO standards.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
