Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct end-to-end user research using the right qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Define research objectives, hypotheses, and research plans based on business goals and stakeholder discussions.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, competitive analysis, expert reviews, card sorting, and other research activities.
- Analyze research findings and convert them into actionable insights, personas, user journeys, and design recommendations.
- Understand user needs, behaviours, pain points, and workflows to drive user-centered design decisions.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to validate concepts and ensure research insights are implemented effectively.
- Manage multiple research projects, communicate findings, create case studies, and support proposals and presentations when required.




- Promote research best practices by mentoring team members, sharing knowledge, and driving continuous improvement through research and industry trends.
- Use AI tools and emerging research technologies to enhance research quality, improve efficiency, and adopt innovative approaches to user research

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, expert reviews, card sorting, and competitive analysis.
- Ability to define research plans, analyse findings, and create personas, user journeys, and research reports.
- Solid understanding of user behaviour and user-centered design principles.
- Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple research projects and drive research best practices.
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging research technologies is an added advantage
