We are seeking an experienced AIOps Engineer with 9 - 11 years of experience in IT Operations, Observability, Monitoring, Event Management, Automation, and AI-driven Operations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale AIOps solutions to improve service reliability, reduce operational noise, accelerate incident resolution, and drive autonomous operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Observability platforms, ITSM integration, Event Correlation, Automation, ServiceNow ITOM, Cloud Monitoring, and Machine Learning-driven Operations.
Key Responsibilities
AIOps Strategy & Implementation

- Design and implement enterprise-wide AIOps solutions.
- Develop event correlation, noise reduction, and alert intelligence frameworks.
- Establish predictive monitoring and anomaly detection capabilities.
- Drive transition from reactive monitoring to proactive and predictive operations.
- Build operational dashboards and service health monitoring models.

Event Management & Correlation

- Configure and optimize event management platforms.
- Implement alert aggregation and event deduplication.
- Design topology-based event correlation models.
- Reduce alert fatigue through intelligent alert suppression.
- Develop root cause identification workflows.

Observability & Monitoring

- Implement enterprise observability frameworks across:
- Infrastructure
- Applications
- Cloud Platforms
- Databases
- Network Services
- End User Experience

- Define monitoring standards and KPIs.
- Implement distributed tracing and service dependency mapping.
- Establish service-level observability practices.

ServiceNow ITOM Integration

- Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management.

Required Experience

- 9- 12 years of overall IT Operations experience.
- Minimum 4- 5 years in AIOps, Event Management, or Observability Engineering.
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments (10,000+ users).
- Experience in Managed Services environments preferred.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM or equivalent AIOps solutions.
- Experience with enterprise cloud operations and SRE practices.
