- 1 - 3 yrs experience with skills PowerBuilder and relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, Sybase ).
- Problem solving experience, being able to dissect technical problems and translate findings to non-technical users.
- Experience with enterprise software in areas like Finance, HCM is a plus.
- Experience thriving in a global team environment with minimal supervision.

- Maintain, enhance, and optimize client-server applications built using PowerBuilder and SQL Server.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into functional specifications and Detailed Designs (DD).
- Develop, test, and implement application enhancements while ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
