Job Description:
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Staffing Services division. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in domestic staffing, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new clients for staffing services
• Generate revenue and achieve business targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify staffing opportunities and close business deals
• Coordinate with recruitment teams for delivery
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients

Required Skills:




• Experience in domestic staffing sales
• Strong client acquisition skills
• Good communication and negotiation abilities
• Revenue-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
