Role & responsibilities :

- Supervise and coordinate all clinical and hospital operations.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered healthcare services.
- Develop, implement, and monitor hospital policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
- Monitor compliance with statutory, regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards.
- Lead and supervise medical staff, including credentialing, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Coordinate with department heads to optimize staffing, resource utilization, and patient flow.
- Investigate clinical incidents, patient complaints, and medico-legal issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee infection prevention and control, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives.




- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and hospital development programs.
- Ensure effective management of emergency services and disaster preparedness.
- Represent the hospital in meetings with government agencies, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.
- Promote ethical medical practice and adherence to professional standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational and clinical performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile : MBBS with min. 18-25 years expereince
