Role & responsibilities

- Perform chemical laboratory analysis for cleaning line tanks and water purity monitoring for ETP.
- Conduct chemical testing using auto titration, volumetric titration, UV-Visible spectrophotometry, pH, and conductivity analysis.
- Monitor and maintain process bath parameters within specified operating limits.
- Prepare and replenish cleaning baths, and etchants as per process requirements.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, labeling, and usage of chemicals in accordance with HSE and SDS requirements.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, calibration records, and process documentation.
- Identify abnormal chemical parameters and report deviations to the team.
- Support troubleshooting and corrective actions related to chemical processes and bath performance.
- Follow internal process requirements.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and compliance with safety and environmental procedures.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance team, process engineering,



and HSE teams for process & support activities.
- Assist in monitoring DI Water Plant and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) related parameters.
- Maintain laboratory 5S and ensure protected working conditions.
- Support continuous improvement activities related to chemical processing and laboratory operations.

Skills / Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelors in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Strong knowledge of: Auto & volumetric titration, pH, conductivity measurement
- Experience with cleaning baths, etchant making, and SWAB etching and Knowledge of cleaning line operations
- Familiarity with chemical safety, SDS, and HSE practices and Basic knowledge of DI Water Plant and ETP
- Experience with laboratory documentation, calibration, and QC and Basic knowledge of SCADA-based monitoring
