Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory, including user account management, group policies, and access control.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues affecting multiple systems or applications.
- Develop documentation for Active Directory configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Active Directory administration.
- Robust understanding of Windows Active Directory architecture and its components (e.g., domain controllers, DNS).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques using various tools such as Event Viewer, System Monitoring software etc.
