We're Hiring: Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing)
Location: Hyderabad (In-Office)
Shift: Night Shift (US EST Timings) | 5 Days/Week
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience in US IT Staffing. If you have a solid network of Tier-1 vendors, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of placing bench consultants, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities
Market bench consultants with work authorizations including US Citizen, GC, GC-EAD, OPT, and CPT.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients.
Manage the complete bench sales lifecyclefrom profile marketing and interview coordination to placement and onboarding.
Negotiate competitive bill rates while maximizing profit margins.
Maintain an up-to-date database of consultants, including skills, availability,



and marketing status.
Utilize platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn to identify opportunities and generate leads.

Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales with consistent placement success.
Strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry, including C2C, W2, and 1099 tax terms and US visa/work authorization processes.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and client management skills.
