Job Description Position: Lead Structure Design, Telecom
Location: Hyderabad
Work from Office Work timings: 9 :30 A M to 6 :30 PM IST
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead telecom design engineering team, manage design tasks, coordinate with team & clients, ensure documentation and compliance, and deliver technical training.
- Structure health assessment of buildings, floor load capacities and design for enhance loading as per the requirement keeping in view the business expansion.
Skills Required:
- Experience in analysis, Design & Estimation of Steel/Concrete structures. (Experience in Telecom structures will be added advantage).
- Good knowledge on design standards (Steel & RCC codes).
- Knowledge in Tower Load Validation Activity, Pole load validation activity, Antenna Loading Survey. Existing building analysis. Solution to install the pole/tower on the building
- Read/understand the customer specification and perform the designs as per the fabrication standards.
- Good knowledge on design software’s (STAAD, Auto CAD, Microsoft Excel).
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills,
along with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced multi-disciplined environment with strong attention to detail and be able contribute to the success of the team
- Requires good analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Positive Knowledge on Stress and Loads calculation & Structural design fundamentals.
- Requires Co-ordination of Drawings with Detailing and good knowledge on Detailed and Erection/ Fabrication Drawings.
Educational Qualifications:
- B.Tech / BE (CIVIL)
- M.Tech/ME in Structural Engineering or equivalent will be preferred.
Work Experience:
- 10 to 20 years of intensified designing experience (Structures) in a reputed civil design organization
- and should be capable of designing various civil structures.
- Experience in retrofit design of structures for enhancing the structural strength and stability
- Responsible for designing, implementing and sustaining process improvements. He will be focused on driving a continuous improvement culture that eliminates re-work, provides cost savings, and drives increased system reliability.
