- Need Min 5+ years of experience into WFM with Excellent Communication skills & interpersonal skills.
- Must have a Valuable Hands on experience on :- Capacity Planning,Forecasting, Advanced Scheduling, Resource Planning, Trend Analysis, Workforce Analytics, Dashboard creation, Scheduling Optimization, WFM Best Practices & Mentoring WFM Teams.

Workforce Management - Lead.

- Min 8+ years of experience with 3 years of experience into Learship Role.




- Min 2+ years On-Paper Designation is must.
- Good Knpwledge on Lead WFM Team, Workforce Strategy, Capacity Planning, Forecasting, Scheduling, Resource Optimization,
- Must be also Involve into Stakeholder Management, Client Interaction, KPI Management, Performance Reviews, Process Improvements, Project Management.
