- Configure Oracle EBS OTL components including:
- Configure and maintain EBS OTL preferences, earning policies, and assignment rules.
- Design and support integrations between EBS OTL, Core HR, Payroll, Projects, and third-party systems.
- Exposure to global payroll and labor compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS Projects Costing and Labor Distribution.
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
- ITIL support process experience.
- Very good OTL Functional team members with HR and PA module knowledge
- Positive understanding of the in-depth OTL/HR and basic PA (Preferably) process flows
- Write test scripts, perform SIT
- Communicate the Business users effectively.
