Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PS (Project System) Consultant with 710 years of hands-on experience in SAP Project System implementations, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP PS, hands-on S/4HANA experience, and a solid understanding of project planning, budgeting, execution, settlement, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, implement, and support SAP Project System (PS) solutions.
- Manage project structures including WBS elements, networks, activities, milestones, and project hierarchies.
- Configure and support project cost planning, budgeting, availability control, and forecasting.
- Handle project scheduling, execution, confirmations, settlement, and project closure activities.
- Perform SAP PS configuration using SPRO based on business requirements.
- Design and support integrations between SAP PS and other SAP modules including MM, FI/CO, and CATS.
- Support background job scheduling and monitoring for SAP PS processes.
- Work with interfaces connecting SAP and external applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation, enhancements, testing, and production support.
- Prepare functional documentation,



configuration documents, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
- Provide production support and resolve functional issues within agreed SLAs.

Required Skills:

- 710 years of hands-on experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- Strong experience in SAP PS configuration using SPRO.
- Positive knowledge of:
- Project Structures (WBS, Networks, Activities)
- Project Cost Planning & Budgeting
- Project Scheduling
- Project Execution
- Settlement & Project Closure
- Experience with background job scheduling and monitoring.
- Knowledge of interfaces between SAP and external systems.
- Strong integration experience with:
- SAP MM
- SAP FI/CO
- SAP CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet)
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in support, enhancements, implementation, or rollout projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
