This role focuses on managing end-to-end general accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting monthly closing and reporting processes. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain financial discipline and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
- Handle accounts payable & receivable processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in general accounting
- Robust understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP)
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
