Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for Contract and Full-Time roles
• Work on MSP/VMS requirements and client submissions
• Source candidates through job portals such as Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Handle candidate submissions through Beeline and other VMS portals
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in Ceipal ATS
• Conduct candidate screening, rate negotiation, and compliance checks
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future

requirements





Required Skills:
• 2–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong experience working with MSP/VMS models
• Good knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing strategies
• Understanding of US tax terms such as W2 and C2C
• Experience with Ceipal ATS and Beeline VMS is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
