Reltio MDM Support Engineer

Role Overview:

The MDM / RIH Support Engineer is responsible for the enhancement of enterprise Master Data Management solutions using the Reltio platform. The role provides hands-on technical expertise in MDM configuration, integration issues resolution, and data quality enablement, following established best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

MDM Configuration & Customization -

- Configure and customize Reltio MDM data models, entities, attributes, relationships, and reference data
- Implement match/merge rules, survivorship logic, validation rules, and workflows. Work on the issues where match/merge fails. Identify the records and work with dependent teams for fix
- Configure role-based access controls and data security policies
- Analyze and validate master data using SQL and Snowflake

Integration Issues Resolution and Optimization -

- Optimize integration performance, scalability, and reliability




- Troubleshoot and resolve data synchronization and integration issues Testing, Deployment & Support
- Perform unit, system, and regression testing of MDM configurations and integrations
- Support deployments across development, test, and production environments
- Provide production support and defect resolution

Documentation & Continuous Improvement -

- Create technical design documents, configuration specifications, and runbooks
- Identify opportunities for automation and platform optimization
- Recommend improvements aligned with enterprise MDM best practices

Qualifications Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in MDM and enterprise data platforms
- Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub
- Solid communication skills
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills

Preferred Skills:

- Snowflake data platform experience
- Knowledge of data governance, stewardship, and compliance
