We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented L&D; Intern to support the Training Department in creating learning content, maintaining reports, preparing presentations, and coordinating training activities across restaurants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools, and content creation

Key Responsibilities

Training Content Development

- Create training presentations (PowerPoint)
- Develop SOPs with audio and video and Job Aids and Training Manuals with assistant of supporting department
- Design quizzes, assessments, and learning activities.
- Create engaging learning content using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, etc.)




- Edit documents and maintain content standards

Excel & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Maintain training trackers and dashboards
- Analyze training data using Excel
- Create Pivot Tables, Charts, and basic formulas
- Update compliance and performance reports
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting

Training Coordination

- Schedule training sessions
- Track attendance and completion status
- Coordinate with restaurant managers and trainers
- Maintain LMS/training records

Administrative Support

- Maintain digital folders and documentation
- Follow up on pending reports
- Support special L&D; projects
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Training Manager

Stipend: 15000

Required Skills

Excellent MS Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Word proficiency
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Rapid learner with a positive attitude
