Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5–9 years of experience in managing software development and IT projects. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management, project planning, delivery management, and client communication skills with experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, status meetings, and project reviews.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards,



and status updates for stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams for seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project governance and delivery processes.

Required Skills

- 5–9 years of Project Management experience in IT/Software Development.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience managing client-facing projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Telecom, GIS, Utilities, or Enterprise Applications.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
