Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the design, development, and rigorous testing of our production-grade software. As the Lead SDET, you will combine software development and testing expertise to enhance the testability, resilience, and performance of our software. Responsibilities

- Lead a team of SDETs
- Take ownership of product tests
- Develop and maintain the product test suite with a focus on User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
- Design and enhance test automation frameworks and scenarios
- Conduct thorough regression testing upon bug resolution
- Perform user testing, performance testing, functional testing, compatibility testing, and scalability testing
- Document and disseminate test results, release notes, and troubleshooting guides for field support
- Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, testability, and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with the Product Team to test new features and address technical debt




- Analyze test results and deliver insightful reports on testing effort status
- Actively participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Requirements

- 4-6 years of proven experience as a Lead Software Development Engineer In Test
- Familiarity with testing React.JS and backend testing
- Demonstrated experience in automated testing, including test preparation, execution, defect reporting, and maintenance of test documentation
- Deep understanding of quality best practices, methodologies, and techniques for continuous quality improvements
- Experience in leading a team
- Team-oriented mindset, valuing teamwork and company reputation
- Expertise in creating test environments and generating test data
- Analytical mindset with a strong desire to improve processes
- Full-time availability in Hyderabad, with required in-office presence
