We are seeking detail-oriented Annotation Associates to review, analyze, and annotate text, image, audio, and video data in their native language to support AI/ML model development. The role requires strong language proficiency, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Annotate and label text, image, audio, and video data as per project guidelines.
- Ensure high accuracy, consistency, and quality while meeting productivity targets.
- Review and validate annotated data to maintain quality standards.
- Follow project instructions and adapt to changing tools, workflows, and requirements.
- Identify and escalate data quality or guideline-related issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project milestones while maintaining data confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Excellent proficiency in English and at least one of the following regional languages (Read, Write, and Speak) is mandatory:
- Gujarati
- Punjabi
- Tamil
- Bangla (Bengali)
- Malayalam
- Urdu
- Kannada
- Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines with high accuracy.
- Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
