Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – Sage Intacct with solid expertise in ERP implementation, Sage Intacct configuration, accounting processes, and client consulting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing ERP solutions, gathering business requirements, system configuration, user training, data migration, reporting, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Configure and implement Sage Intacct based on client requirements.
- Prepare and execute test scripts during implementation.
- Conduct end-user training on Sage Intacct.
- Perform data migration and data conversion activities.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Sage Intacct.
- Configure and support third-party integrations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Support, and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to clients.
- Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation,
and implementation best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- 6–14 years of overall professional experience.
- Experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably Sage Intacct.
- Experience working with Professional Services, Financial Services, or Nonprofit organizations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work with US stakeholders and provide overlapping working hours with the US team.
Preferred Skills
- Sage Intacct certification or implementation experience.
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
