Integration Consultant / Technical Lead (E-Invoicing)

Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-facing Technical Lead/Integration Consultant with strong ERP and integration experience to support cloud-based e-invoicing implementations. The role involves working with customer Business, IT, and ERP teams, leading technical discussions, defining integration solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, and solution scoping.
- Assess ERP systems and map business processes (O2C, P2P, AR, AP) to e-invoicing requirements.
- Define integration approaches using APIs, SFTP, HTTPS, web services, and middleware.
- Work with XML, JSON, CSV, and EDI data formats, including mapping and validation.
- Guide customers on integration architecture, security, connectivity, and environment readiness.




- Coordinate with internal implementation teams and act as the technical point of contact.
- Review integration designs, interface specifications, and technical deliverables.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of ERP implementation and/or integration experience (SAP or Oracle preferred).
- Solid experience in ERP-to-third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of APIs, REST, SOAP, HTTPS, SFTP, and middleware technologies.
- Experience with XML, JSON, CSV, and EDI.
- Understanding of O2C and P2P business processes.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

- E-invoicing, tax compliance, or regulatory reporting experience.
- SAP FI/SD/MM or Oracle Financials/SCM background.
- Solution consulting or technical advisory experience.
- Exposure to global customers and multi-ERP environments.
