Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct technical evaluation of residential and commercial properties.
- Perform property valuation and prepare detailed technical assessment reports.
- Review construction quality, stage progress, and project feasibility.
- Carry out site inspections and verify property-related technical details.
- Assess legal-technical aspects related to land/building structures from a technical standpoint.
- Evaluate market value, distress value, and reconstruction value of assets.
- Ensure compliance with internal technical policies, risk parameters, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate with sales, credit, legal, and operations teams for technical approvals.
- Maintain accurate MIS, reports, valuation records, and inspection documentation.
- Provide insights on local market trends, property risks, and construction quality in AP/TS regions.
- Support in minimizing technical and collateral-related risks.Role & responsibilities

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in:

Property valuation

Construction / project execution

Technical assessment / technical due diligence

Real estate / housing finance / NBFC / banking domain preferred
