Kored Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced O&M; Engineer with hands-on expertise in Telecom Infrastructure, Electrical Substations, and Solar Power Systems. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring maximum system uptime while following safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform operation and maintenance of telecom electrical infrastructure.
- Operate and maintain HT/LT electrical systems and substations.
- Monitor and maintain solar power plants, inverters, batteries, and associated equipment.
- Conduct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore systems within defined timelines.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply to telecom sites.
- Coordinate with field teams, contractors, and vendors for maintenance activities.
- Prepare maintenance reports, inspection reports, and equipment records.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Monitor DG sets, transformers, RMUs, switchgear, UPS, battery banks,
and earthing systems.
- Perform periodic testing and inspection of electrical equipment.
- Support energy optimization and improve equipment reliability.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma or B.Tech (EEE) from a recognized institution.

- Good understanding of electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLD).
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
