We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Device Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end procurement of IT hardware and devices. This role involves vendor management, cost optimization, inventory tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of IT assets aligned with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

- Manage procurement of IT devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and accessories
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers for IT hardware procurement
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to achieve cost efficiency
- Maintain robust relationships with OEMs, distributors, and vendors

Order Management & Logistics

- Process purchase requests and raise purchase orders (POs) in line with company policies
- Track orders, shipments, and delivery timelines to ensure timely fulfillment
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Admin) for procurement planning

Inventory & Asset Management

- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory
- Monitor stock levels and forecast future requirements
- Collaborate with IT Asset Management teams to ensure proper allocation and tracking

ERP & Tools (Mandatory)

- Use NetSuite ERP for procurement operations including purchase requisitions, purchase order creation, vendor management, and invoice reconciliation
- Ensure accurate data entry and tracking of procurement lifecycle in NetSuite




- Generate reports and dashboards from NetSuite for spend analysis and inventory tracking

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies and audit requirements
- Maintain documentation for all procurement transactions and vendor agreements
- Support audits by providing required procurement and asset documentation

Cost Optimization & Reporting

- Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare regular procurement reports and dashboards
- Monitor market trends for pricing and supply updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
- 58 years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, networking devices, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (mandatory)
- Experience working with vendors, distributors, and OEMs
- Good negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with IT Asset Management tools
- Knowledge of procurement policies and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with bulk procurement and enterprise-level purchasing
- Understanding of lifecycle management of IT devices
