As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team with recruitment and administrative tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Sourcing Profiles: Identifying and sourcing potential candidates for various open positions.

- Screening and Scheduling Interviews: Shortlisting suitable candidates and coordinating interview schedules.

- Candidate Coordination: Managing communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Report Preparation: Assisting in creating and maintaining reports using MS Excel to track recruitment and HR activities.

- Support to HR Team: Providing assistance with additional HR tasks and follow-up activities as needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

- Languages: Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi; strong written English skills.

- Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office,



particularly Excel and Word.

- Strong email drafting and business communication skills.

- Educational Background: MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management, completed in 2024-2025.
