We are hiring an experienced Team Leader Telesales for our Hyderabad location.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling within a Telesales profile.
- Insurance industry experience is mandatory.
- Must have managed a team of at least 15 telesales executives.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team productivity.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
