- 310+ years of experience in Fraud Risk Management, Fraud Analytics, or Fraud Operations.
- Solid hands-on experience with FICO Falcon Fraud Manager.
- Experience in Falcon implementation, platform upgrades, migrations, and configuration management.
- Strong understanding of Cards, Payments, ATM, and Digital Banking fraud domains.
- Experience designing fraud detection rules, strategies, and behavioral models.
- Knowledge of authorization flows, transaction monitoring, and fraud operations processes.
- Experience with UAT, regression testing, production releases, and validation activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
